51 hectares, 43 new villas, 3 central buildings with restaurants, shops, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a library and, during the summer, a pop-up nightclub. This is the new Sublime Comporta, which is set to open in May.
Located opposite the group's hotel, which has positioned Comporta as an iconic international destination since 2014, the new project preserves the simplicity and connection to nature that anchor the brand, and will also feature stone pines, cork oaks, and spacious areas, always with elegance and authenticity, with interior design by Sublime and Andringa Studio. The villas will be scattered throughout the estate, converging in three main areas: the Atrium, the 'heart' of the resort, with restaurants, a lounge bar, a library, a café, and shops. This is where we will also find the BeefBar, the Portuguese debut of the Monaco-based luxury brand, renowned for its high-quality meat and creative menu. Well-being will reign supreme at Aqua, with heated indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness area, complemented by an Italian restaurant and a poolside bar. The Forum will be ideal for all types of gatherings, with modular rooms with large windows connecting to the outdoor decks, an amphitheatre, a gazebo for celebrations and an exclusive nightclub, the first in Comporta.
Sublime Comporta now extends across two distinct areas: in the Terracotta wing, we find the 'original' Sublime, where the authentic spirit and relaxed elegance of the resort first took shape; in the Sand wing, we find a contemporary extension of the experience, with vibrant social areas, new dining and wellness options, and plenty of space to connect with nature.
In the new project, the hospitality group continues to place sustainability at the heart of its philosophy. Through responsible, collaborative and innovative management, they aim to create lasting value for guests, partners and the planet. The new Sublime experience honours the landscape and embraces Comporta's unique lifestyle, offering an effortless experience indoors and outdoors, with nature in the foreground and exceptional comfort year-round.
