Thoughtfully designed and deliberately understated, The Sitio’s 20 guest rooms feature natural materials, custom surf racks and hand-selected artworks inspired by global art, music and surf culture. All rooms are outfitted with Belgian Libeco linens, custom surfboard racks, Lavazza coffee makers and pods, and curated minibars featuring locally sourced snacks. Seven rooms include private balconies with sweeping views of the Atlantic Park Surf lagoon. Guests also have access to a private lagoon-view infinity-edge pool and sun deck and relaxed lounge spaces.

The Sitio’s private bar and restaurant features elevated coastal-inspired cuisine and cocktails. Additional details about the hotel’s chef-led food-and-beverage offerings will be unveiled in April.

Artful Inspiration

Art is woven into The Sitio’s fabric. Drawing inspiration from its location within Virginia Beach’s ViBe Creative District,  the hotel features a unique art collection spanning both local and internationally recognized artists. These include furnishings and decorative details handcrafted by local artists; thought-provoking pieces by world-renowned French artist JR, a frequent collaborator and friend of Pharrell Williams–who is a partner in Atlantic Park; and vibrant works by Virginia Beach–born artist Schuyler Beecroft. Each selection is intended to spark cultural dialogue and creative exchange. A nod to Atlantic Park’s location on the reimagined site of what was formerly Virginia Beach’s iconic live entertainment venue, The Sitio’s playlists are curated in collaboration with Pharrell’s team, giving guests the opportunity to discover new artists and sounds each time they visit.
