Under the name BLESS Ibiza The Site, the property will become the second hotel asset within the enclave The Site Ibiza, consolidating the strategic evolution initiated last year with the opening of The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, the gastronomic hub, and IBIZA Gallery—an evolution that will be further enhanced by an exceptional gastronomic offering set to elevate the destination's positioning.

The gastronomic hub at The Site Ibiza is a high-end culinary destination featuring some of the most influential international chefs and restaurant brands. Guests can experience iconic and innovative concepts such as Hell's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz, COYA, Leña and Lobito de Mar by Dani García, Sublimotion, and TATEL Ibiza. The hub offers a diverse range of cuisines—from Mediterranean and traditional Andalusian seafood to Peruvian gourmet and avant-garde street-food fusion—creating a sophisticated culinary ecosystem that reinforces Ibiza's position as a leading international gastronomic destination.

With 461 rooms, interiors designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, an exclusive wellness center, and an ambitious gastronomic hub, the hotel will reinterpret Mediterranean essence through a contemporary, refined, and meticulously curated lens.

A Decisive Step in International Expansion

The launch of BLESS Ibiza The Site forms part of the brand's solid growth pipeline, which will expand internationally in the coming years. BLESS Collection Hotels currently has properties in its portfolio, including one located on Madrid's Golden Mile, BLESS Hotel Madrid, and another in the north of Ibiza, which from this summer will be renamed BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova.

In 2026, BLESS Collection Hotels will also add a new urban asset with the opening of BLESS Hotel Barcelona, a 119-room property located in Plaza de Catalunya (Barcelona, Spain), conveniently located in the epicenter of the city which will become the brand's fourth hotel.

In 2027, the brand will take a strategic step in its internationalization with the opening of an exclusive 80-villa resort in Ninh Van Bay, Vietnam—its first venture into Southeast Asia. This milestone will be followed by the brand's debut in Milan in 2029, with a 100-room project that will strengthen its presence in one of Europe's leading luxury circuit destinations.

Palladium Hotel Group is also expanding its lifestyle footprint in the United States, continuing its growth in the Luxury & Lifestyle segment, with plans to introduce the Only YOU Hotels brand in late 2026. Located near Times Square, the property will mark the debut of the Only YOU Hotels brand in the U.S., further reinforcing the group's commitment to growing its presence in key international markets.
