Hotel Byblos, Saint-Tropez Announces News for the 2026 Season

Hotel Byblos, part of family-owned Floirat Signatures, will reopen for the season on April 22, 2026. In keeping with the hotel's unique design in the heart of Saint-Tropez, it has appointed acclaimed architect Laura Gonzalez and designer Wanda Jelmini to renovate eight suites and four rooms respectively. The hotel will also introduce a new fitness centre, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym, two new treatments at Byblos Spa by Sisley; as well as a new exclusive collection of curated items on Hotel Byblos' e-boutique, and a new on-site boutique located in the heart of the hotel.

NEW SUITES DESIGNED BY LAURA GONZALEZ

Hotel Byblos will continue its collaboration with architect Laura Gonzalez, who will launch eight suites this spring, including three duplexes. This new collection follows the four suites introduced in 2024 - each expressing Gonzalez's modern, colour-led vision of Saint Tropez - with four distinct colour tones. The fifth and final colour scheme of Gonzalez's suites will be introduced, with blue shades inspired by the Mediterranean. All suites will blend natural materials, soft coastal hues and handcrafted details, to create elegant spaces while remaining true to Byblos' unconventional style and design. Natural textures such as patinated wood, woven fibres rope and light sand tones, will balance the intensity of the blue palette.

Across the twelve suites, bespoke pieces including ceramic minibars, marquetry doors, unique artisan creations and vintage objects, have been carefully selected. Each suite is a sanctuary with its very own design, reflecting Hotel Byblos' distinct Mediterranean identity, while offering something different for every taste.

NEW FITNESS CENTRE

Further elevating its wellness offering for the 2026 season, Hotel Byblos will introduce a new 100 m² fitness centre, designed to combine performance, comfort, and excellence. It will be equipped with the latest machines created by Antonio Citterio, as part of Technogym's newest collaboration, offering an optimal environment for comprehensive workouts. Byblos will be the first property in the South of France to debut the new colour scheme, defined by beige and sand tones.

Each piece of equipment is crafted from natural, sustainable materials, with a selection that spans both state-of-the-art machines and free weights, suitable for all fitness levels and allowing guests to tailor their workouts. The new facility will also feature the 'Technogym Checkup,' the brand's most comprehensive tool for holistic body analysis and personalised training insights.

For personalised support, guests also have the option of taking classes with coach Rémy, who offers customised sessions to further motivate, and provide attention to each individual's goals.

NEW SPA TREATMENTS

At the heart of the hotel, Byblos Spa by Sisley, which was fully renovated in 2023, offers a sanctuary of tranquillity and refined wellbeing. This season, the spa will introduce two new treatments:

  • Bespoke male treatment: Having seen a rise in male demand for spa treatments, Byblos Spa by Sisley has curated a new male treatment, tailor-made for each skin type, introducing a recommended routine using Sisley's skincare range curated for men.
  • Reflexology: A lymphatic drainage and reflexology massage will be available at the spa from April 22, designed to rebalance energy, stimulate circulation, and promote a profound sense of lightness.

BYBLOS BEACH RAMATUELLE

Building on last year's debut of three new concepts led by executive chef Nicola Canuti - Il Giardino, the B. Lounge and its rooftop Sky Bar - Byblos Beach will reveal a refreshed culinary direction under its new chef, Allan Gonthier; who will introduce a seasonal menu celebrating Mediterranean produce with a contemporary flair.

Drawing inspiration from the region's vibrant flavours, the menu will feature locally sourced ingredients with a focus on light dishes to deliver beach front elegance. At the bar, a new decorative scheme featuring lush greenery and bright orange parasols, will bring an elevated sense of Riviera charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from day to night.

Byblos Beach Ramatuelle will further expand its exclusive retail offering, with the addition of an exclusive women's swimsuit collection by Maio, only available at Byblos Beach, reinforcing the property's commitment to unique, thoughtfully curated collaborations.

BYBLOS BOUTIQUE

Following the success of Byblos' e-boutique, the hotel will introduce an on-site store, located near the pool and allowing guests to discover its exclusive collections in person. Similarly to the online version, the boutique will sell limited-edition products, through selected collaborations including Pinel & Pinel, Orlebar Brown and Hadoro. This season's new products will include:

Byblos Signature Infusion: Hotel Byblos will launch its first signature herbal infusion set, created by chef Nicola Canuti, using Tagetes, Verbena and Spearmint grown from the hotel's very own vegetable garden. The 100% natural blend will be offered in 50g tins and produced in limited quantities. Harvested in 2025, the infusion reflects the hotel's ongoing commitment to provenance and artisanal craftsmanship. The sets will be available at the new store on-site and online via the e-boutique.

Orlebar Brown x Byblos: Hotel Byblos will present a third collaboration with Orlebar Brown with a new swim short. Previously available in Byblos' signature orange, a new shade of blue will be available to purchase, featuring the iconic logo of the hotel. Orlebar Brown, a British resort and lifestyle brand established in 2007, has redefined vacation fashion for men since its inception. Renowned for their classic Bulldog shorts, they stand as the epitome of 'shorts you can swim in'. The swim shorts will be available at the new store and on the e-boutique, and priced at €350.

Les Caves du Roy Shot Glasses: Les Caves du Roy, the renowned nightclub underneath the hotel, will present an exclusive set of six shot glasses, housed in a black grained leather box with metallic copper finishes. Each glass features the famous geometric diamond motif signature of the Saint-Tropez nightclub. Whether as a collector's piece or as a functional accessory, the set is designed for those who appreciate luxury entertaining. A sophisticated addition to any home or the perfect gift, the shot glass set embodies the glamour and prestige synonymous with Les Caves du Roy. The box set of six glasses will be priced at €290.
