Cheval Collection announces second branded residence
Cheval Collection has added a second branded residence with the launch of Cheval Residences Knightsbridge Gate in London.
The Cheval Residences Knightsbridge Gate is the U.K. flagship for the group’s branded residences business, with further properties currently under negotiation. Apartments at Cheval Residences Knightsbridge Gate, owned by APML Estate, are currently on sale.
The announcement follows the launch of the group’s first branded residence; Cheval Residences Dubai Islands, which is due to open in 2029.
Knightsbridge Gate, 55-93 Knightsbridge, London SW1 is a Grade II-listed building in a super-prime location with a retained, Edwardian façade, comprising 15 meticulously-designed ultra luxury residences ranging from 1-bedroom to 6-bedroom apartment, the majority of which feature balconies and terraces. The property benefits from extensive services, including 24-hour concierge and security, reception with residents’ lounge and outdoor terrace.
As part of Cheval Collection, owners will also enjoy access to a range of a la carte services, including a private chef, private trainer and personal assistant. While the apartments will benefit from Cheval Collection’s extensive luxury service experience, the apartments will not be available to rent as part of the group’s wider portfolio.
Owners will also be offered elite status within Cheval DISCOVERY, the group’s loyalty programme in partnership with the Global Hotel Alliance, extending discounts and rewards across all Cheval properties, and at over 50 partners within the world’s largest alliance of independent hotels, resorts and residence brands.
The launch came as Cheval Collection continued to sign deals across EMEA. The opening of the Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in March 2025 took Cheval Collection to over 950 units.
The group is due to debut in Saudi Arabia in 2027, with Cheval Ladun Living, located in Riyadh followed by Cheval Maison Sulaymaniyah in 2028.
