Native by Numa is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of Native Fulham Broadway, a new aparthotel set to open this summer. Located at 284–288 North End Road, London, SW6 1NH, the property marks the brand’s first presence in the Fulham area and a further step in its continued expansion across London.
Set in the lively heart of West Brompton, Native Fulham Broadway will feature 41 thoughtfully designed double rooms and studios. Designed for both short and extended stays, the aparthotel blends Native by Numa’s signature apartment-style comfort with a local nod to its neighbourhood.
Drawing inspiration from Fulham Broadway’s historic market culture, the design concept aims to create spaces that feel rooted in their surroundings. A rich mix of textures, layered materials and contemporary premium furnishings creates a sense of warmth and timelessness, echoing the area’s independent spirit.
The interior design specifications have been developed by YOUTH, working closely with Native’s design team. Apartments will feature fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi, and work-friendly layouts, ensuring flexibility for leisure and business travellers alike.
Artwork curation for Native Fulham Broadway has been led by Emma Lang, founder of SOTA Marketplace, whose approach centres on championing a diverse and inclusive roster of artists. The collection brings together emerging and established voices, with a particular focus on female and underrepresented artists, to reflect both the vibrancy of the local Fulham Broadway area and the calm sophistication of the interiors.
A thoughtful balance has been struck between playful, colourful works in the corridors, evoking the neighbourhood’s lively market culture, and more serene, textural pieces within the apartments, designed to create a sense of retreat. Featured artists include London-based Frankie Penwill, whose feminine and versatile compositions appear throughout the rooms, and sustainable artist Donna Baitey, known for her eco-conscious prints on bamboo paper. Each floor presents a unique collection, offering guests a distinct visual experience while reinforcing a cohesive, curated identity across the property.
Guest arrival will centre around a welcoming ground-floor lobby with social spaces, creating a relaxed sense of arrival. Reflecting Numa’s technology-led hospitality model, guests will benefit from a seamless fully digital check-in experience designed to offer greater flexibility, convenience and ease throughout their stay. Additional amenities include integrated luggage lockers, a communal laundry room, and a dedicated F&B space adjacent to the entrance, with the partner to be announced in due course.
