IHCL Signs a Gateway in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) , India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Gateway hotel in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu. This is a greenfield project.

Located on the Grand Southern Trunk Road, the 176-key Gateway Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu will offer views of the Kaveri River and the iconic Rockfort Temple on one side, and the revered Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple at Srirangam and Jambukeswara Temple at Thiruvanaikaval on the other. The hotel houses an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant and bar.

Guests can unwind at the swimming pool, gym, health club or spa. Designed to cater to both business and social gatherings, the hotel offers over 5,000 sq. ft. of banquet space, along with meeting rooms and pre-function areas as well as expansive outdoor lawns spanning an acre to cater to weddings, celebrations and corporate events.

Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu is a prominent cultural centre renowned for its historic temples, including the Rockfort Temple, Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, and the Jambukeswarar Temple at Thiruvanaikaval.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 33 hotels in Tamil Nadu including 14 under development
