Valley Bear Farms & Resort Announces Expansion Plans for Summer 2026
Valley Bear Farms & Resort announced the construction of four new lodging units to be completed by August 2026. Financing for the resort expansion was provided in part by Oakworth Capital Bank in Charlotte. Nestled on 200 private acres in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest, Valley Bear Farms offers a luxury mountain escape unlike anything else in Western North Carolina.

The new units will feature two new tiny homes from the A-Frame collection and two new cabins from the Vista Cabins collections. The A-Frame tiny home offers 400 sq ft of bright, modern design — perfectly blending style and comfort. Each home features a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, along with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and a relaxing soaking tub for the ultimate unwind. The new Vista Cabin blends comfort with incredible views of the meadow and forest in approximately 400 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space. Each features a king-size bed plus pull-out sofa, private bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette for light cooking. With both the A-Frame Homes and the Vista Cabins, guests can escape to their private outdoor space, perfect for stargazing, featuring a BBQ, seating, and fire pit.
