Development Pipeline Scheduled for 2028

The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood

German leading lifestyle brand The Cloud One planning for 2028 opening in Miami

Bringing a new level of elevated living to Miami’s vibrant Art District, The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood is the leading German lifestyle hotel brand’s first ground-up development in the U.S. and the first project to introduce luxury condominium living with á-la-carte hotel services to Wynwood. Having recently launched sales, pricing starts in the high $500,000s. Designed in collaboration with acclaimed global design firm March and White Design, the eight-story building features 85 studio to three-bedroom residences, including a limited collection of 15 duplex penthouses with soaring ceiling heights up to 22 feet. All residences are filled with natural light through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, with select homes offering sweeping views of the Miami skyline. With architecture by ODP Architects and HWKN, large murals in the spirit of Wynwood’s street art tradition will mark the building’s exterior, curated by Goldman Global Arts, the creative collective behind the Wynwood Walls. Its lushly landscaped, crowning rooftop retreat will boast panoramic Miami skyline views, a swimming pool and deck with food and beverage service, an indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar, and a full fitness center with a dedicated outdoor yoga and stretching area, steam room, and sauna.
