Fouquet’s Hotel Planned for Miami Design District

Located in the heart of the Miami Design District, Fouquet's Hotel and Residences, Miami Design District is Pritzker Prize–winning architect David Chipperfield’s only development currently underway in Florida and the neighborhood’s first residential offering. Spanning nearly two acres and rising 25 stories, the architectural landmark will introduce 143 impeccably crafted condominium residences defined by bespoke ceramic exterior columns designed to capture and reflect Miami’s distinctive light. Residences feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows framed by custom pale-champagne mullions, bespoke cabinetry, and other thoughtfully curated details that embody the district’s forward-thinking, design-driven spirit. The project will also unveil a world-renowned international luxury hotel brand, introducing its first flagship Miami property as a separate 12-story structure that further enhances the district’s cultural cachet. The development is led by Fort Partners, Raycliff Capital, Miami Design District Associates (MDDA), and Constellation Hotels Holding Ltd, a visionary team whose collective work has redefined architecture-driven, hotel-branded residential living across South Florida.
