Development Pipeline Scheduled for Spring 2027

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Brings the Art, Design and Culinary Spirit of Contemporary Mexico to the Heart of the Capital

Reservations are now available for the new 155-key hotel, where Mexican art, design and cuisine come together beside Chapultepec Park.

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco will begin welcoming its first guests Spring 2027, marking the arrival of a new standard of luxury in the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic cities. Embodying the energy, culture, creativity, and cosmopolitan sophistication of Mexico City, the hotel establishes a refined destination for discovery and world-class experiences, all delivered with the deeply personal service and residential sophistication for which the Park Hyatt brand is known.

Thoughtfully Appointed Spaces

Rising 30 stories above Campos Elíseos in Polanco, one of Mexico City's most vibrant and culturally rich neighborhoods, the hotel will offer 155 guestrooms and 38 suites, including a Two Bedroom Presidential Suite. More than 8,500 square feet of versatile meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom and an open-air terrace for receptions, will further elevate the guest experience and serve as a gathering space for corporate events, social celebrations, weddings, and community moments. Guests can unwind at the rooftop pool or at Tezca Spa, a full-service wellness sanctuary offering restorative treatments rooted in pre-Hispanic wisdom and Mexican tradition. Together, these experiences create moments of understated luxury, inviting guests to relax, recharge, and deepen their sense of calm.

Perfectly positioned for exploration, Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco overlooks Chapultepec Park, one of the largest urban green spaces in the world and among the oldest parks in the Americas, placing guests just steps from its trails, museums and gardens, with uninterrupted views over the park's forested canopy from nearly every corner of the property. The location also offers effortless access to the National Auditorium, one of Latin America's premier venues for music and cultural events.

Designed by Sordo Madaleno by SOMA as a cohesive vision for the entire 30-story tower, the project seamlessly integrates the hotel with Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Residences. Located on the 19th floor upward, the 27 private residences combine personalized service, thoughtfully designed interiors, and Polanco’s unique character. Across six distinct residential typologies, the homes reflect the same understated elegance and design philosophy that define the broader development.

Immersive Design and Living Art

The hotel's interiors, designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the Mexican architecture firm founded in 1937 and now led by its third generation, unfold as a layered narrative in dialogue with the city. Each corner unfolds as an immersive, art gallery-like experience, featuring a collection of Mexican artwork and bespoke collaborations that celebrate both contemporary and traditional expressions.

Threaded throughout these spaces, guests will discover a collection of contemporary Mexican art curated by Arte Abierto, the nonprofit organization founded by SOMA to foster artistic dialogue across the country, with works selected for their dialogue with the hotel's design narrative. The collection features works by an internationally recognized roster of Mexican artists, including Damián Ortega and Michelle Aubert, among others.

A Culinary Journey Across Mexico

Four exceptional indoor and outdoor dining venues – including a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining venue, modern Mexican concept, and innovative cocktail bars showcasing premium spirits and agave-forward creations – take guests on an immersive culinary journey across Mexico, each showcasing a menu that celebrates the country’s diverse regional flavors through the artistry of the hotel’s culinary and beverage team.

Amid the city's ever-evolving character, Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco stands as a benchmark in luxury hospitality, offering guests a refined lens through which to experience the city's Michelin-recognized restaurants, cultural institutions including the National Museum of Anthropology, Museo Tamayo and Museo Soumaya, and Avenida Presidente Masaryk, Mexico's premier luxury retail corridor, all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel's position directly on Chapultepec Park affords guests exceptional access to one of the largest urban green spaces in the Americas, with its running and cycling paths, lake, and museums just steps from the front door, a rare proximity that makes the park a natural extension of the guest experience.

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is now accepting reservations for stays from April 1, 2027, through parkhyattmexicocity.com or via the World of Hyatt program. For more information on Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco, please visit
