Fouquet’s Gstaad

Fouquet’s Writes a New Chapter in Gstaad

Following Paris, New York, Courchevel, St. Barth and Mykonos, Fouquet’s continues its expansion into the world’s most exclusive destinations, choosing Gstaad as the setting for the next chapter of its story.

On December 4, 2026, Fouquet’s Gstaad will open its doors in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in one of Europe’s most iconic and discreet mountain resorts. A new destination where Alpine elegance meets the distinctive French art de vivre of Fouquet’s, bringing together absolute privacy, exceptional experiences and highly personalised service.

Just a few months after its debut in Mykonos, this sixth property marks another milestone in the international expansion of Fouquet’s, the ultra-luxury brand of Barrière Collection.

AN ALPINE RETREAT, THE FOUQUET’S WAY

The intimacy of a private home. The refinement of a vibrant hotel. The magic of the Swiss Alps.

In Gstaad, Fouquet’s reimagines the mountain experience. Away from the bustle, within a spectacular Alpine setting, the property celebrates the luxury of space, discretion and time reclaimed. This intimate, contemporary vision remains faithful to Gstaad's tradition of quiet, understated luxury.

With 11 Suites and 6 Apartments combining 33 rooms, Fouquet’s Gstaad offers a rare and deeply personalised approach to hospitality. Breathtaking mountain views, fireplaces, contemporary artworks and light-filled balconies: every space seamlessly blends the inviting warmth of a traditional Alpine refuge with contemporary sophistication. For an even more exclusive experience, a nine-bedroom private chalet spanning 1,500 sqm completes this exceptional collection of accommodation.

Here, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create the feeling of being at home, away from home. A timeless escape where every gesture becomes a personal touch and every stay a lasting memory.

Originally built as one of the flagship properties of the Ultima Group, the hotel is now reborn under the Fouquet’s brand. This project marks a significant strategic partnership between two groups that share common values and ambitions.

A SANCTUARY OF WELLNESS AT THE SUMMIT

Nestled in the heart of the mountains, the spa at Fouquet’s Gstaad invites guests to disconnect completely. A sanctuary spanning more than 800 sqm, where time slows down, the body is restored and wellbeing becomes an experience in its own right.

A 15-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, snow shower and five treatment rooms, including one double treatment suite, have all been designed to combine deep relaxation with complete rejuvenation.

Bespoke treatment protocols with exclusive brands such as Augustinus Bader, combine restorative rituals and attentive care to offer a deeply personalized wellness experience.

To extend this moment of relaxation, a fully Technogym-equipped fitness area, two Pilates Reformers, and yoga studio complete the offering.

ZUMA POP UP: THE ENERGY OF TOKYO COMES TO GSTAAD

With a Zuma pop up, Fouquet’s Gstaad welcomes one of the most sought-after names on the international dining scene.

Renowned for its contemporary interpretation of Japanese cuisine and cosmopolitan energy, Zuma brings a fresh spirit to the Swiss resort: sophisticated, vibrant and effortlessly lively.

Around the open kitchen, chefs create a captivating culinary spectacle. Sushi and sashimi, tartares, premium wagyu cuts and robata specialities come together on a menu designed around the pleasure of sharing.

From the restaurant and bar to the heated outdoor terrace, Zuma is set to become one of Gstaad’s most coveted destinations, equally suited to an intimate dinner or a lively evening with friends.
