Delano London
Delano London To Open Early 2027
Overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, among the grand Victorian buildings and embassies of one of London’s most distinguished neighbourhoods, Delano London marks a new chapter for the celebrated hotel brand, opening early 2027.
Drawing on a legacy that spans Miami, Dubai and Paris, the 67 room and suite hotel brings Delano’s distinctive sensibility for magnetic nightlife, story-led dining and innovative wellness to the capital. Across five floors, more than half of the rooms will be suites, many with walk-in wardrobes and private terraces, while 14 will offer prime views across Hyde Park.
Designed by Archer Humphryes Architects, Delano London brings the spirit of Delano Miami Beach into a distinctly West London setting. Residential interiors and subtly theatrical details create an atmosphere of discovery.
At the heart of the hotel’s dining experience is Lana Lusa, designed by Pirajean Lees and brought to London for the first time by internationally acclaimed hospitality group Paris Society. Created by founder Jessica Viveiro Kassim, the concept celebrates the warmth and conviviality of Mediterranean hospitality. Within the hotel sits a cocktail destination Rose Bar which brings Delano’s iconic after-dark spirit to the city, reimagining the glamour of its legendary Miami Beach counterpart. Within the space, the Rose Bar Lounge and the Zodiac Room offer more intimate settings for late-night revelry.
The Source by Delano will offer a fresh approach to wellness, centred around restorative and rejuvenating movement and longevity. Contrast therapy, treatment spaces and state-of-the-art facilities will sit alongside a changing roster of leading practitioners, residencies and collaborations with some of the world’s most exciting names in wellness.
London-based art consultancy Cramer & Bell have curated an original collection, celebrating British art alongside established international artists. Highlights include South African artist Kimathi Mafafo, and London-based artists Isaac Andrews, Hormazd Narielwalla, and Gergei Erdei.
Completing the experience, Delano Members Club brings together a global community of creative, accomplished and curious minds. Members will have access to a programme of experiences, partnerships and privileges extending beyond the hotel, both locally and internationally. ‘Delano Beyond’, a global programme, will provide members with bespoke travel experiences.
“Delano has always been about creating a feeling’’ says Ben Pundole, Chief Brand Officer for Delano Hotels, ‘’Bringing the brand to London feels particularly special because this is my home city with such a rich and varied cultural history. Delano London will be a space for discovery, somewhere you might strike up a conversation at Rose Bar with someone you’d never ordinarily meet, encounter a work by an emerging artist, or simply settle into an atmosphere that transports you beyond the bustle of the city outside. It’s a place for those who look for unique experiences.”
