He studied English in New Zealand, worked in 5-star hotels in his native Switzerland and honed his F&B skills in Thailand. Now, Stephan Faessler is lending his talents and knowledge to Mövenpick Hotel Saigon, where he has taken on the role of Director of Food & Beverage.
