Boxall, who has 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, joined the Ritz in 1996 as restaurant manager, before being promoted to hotel manager in 2001. Two years later he took up the general manager (GM) position at the 137-room property.
In his new capacity as a board member and company director, Boxall will be tasked with “structuring the hotel ready for future expansion”.
