Mike attended Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas, graduating in 2003. He went on to work at the Westin Riverwalk, where his hard work and love for the job quickly moved him up from line cook to sous chef. And it was here he served such celebrities as San Antonio Spurs players, Snoop Dogg, George Strait and Reba McEntire, to name a few. In 2006, Chef Mike came to Warwick Melrose Dallas Hotel as the sous chef and worked to uphold the high standards of the Landmark Restaurant and Library Bar.
