Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Martha Austin-Lobb as Director of Sales for the 357 guestroom Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile. The hotel is located in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, just steps to North Michigan Avenue shops and restaurants. It offers 5,727 square feet of flexible meeting space located on the first and 12th floors with spectacular views of Chicago’s skyline. Ms. Austin-Lobb brings significant hospitality experience to her new role. She joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts from the Doubletree Chicago Magnificent Mile where she was Director of Group Sales. “Martha brings hospitality experience and knowledge of the Chicago market, coupled with a solid sales background,” said Vicki Denfeld, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Crestline Hotels & Resorts. “We look forward to her leadership and commitment to guest service at this strategically located hotel,” added Denfeld. Ms. Austin-Lobb holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN.
