With an educational background in Marketing, Georges Karam brings with him over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a main focus on Sales & Marketing.
Karam joined InterContinental Hotels Group in 2000 at one of its flagship properties, Phoenicia InterContinental, IHG’s first property in the Middle East that has grown to be a national landmark. His last assignment with the group was as Director of Sales at Phoenicia where he successfully led a dynamic team. Karam will oversee the Sales & Marketing department of the 135-room property; an ideally located Resort & Spa set in the mountains of Mzaar at an altitude of 2000m and only an hour away from Beirut international airport.
