Leon Baum has been appointed as General Manager at The Stafford London by Kempinski

Leon Baum
A familiar face has been appointed to lead The Stafford London by Kempinski. Effective immediately, Leon Baum assumes the role of General Manager at the hotel he has called home since 2006. Baum takes over the responsibility of the award-winning property’s operations from his predecessor, Stuart Procter. A native of the United Kingdom, Baum has more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry but fell in love with the hotel world at an early age. Visits throughout his childhood to his uncle, who worked at some of London’s top properties such as Grosvenor House, showed him the dynamic and diverse working culture that could be experienced through the hospitality industry. His own career began with acceptance to a management trainee program at the exclusive private members club, The Sloane Club in Chelsea, London. Here, he learned the intricacies of every aspect of the business. He then went on to apply his education at Dukes Hotel in London before arriving at The Stafford in 2006. Prior to assuming his role as General Manager, Baum served as the hotel’s Resident Manager overseeing all daily hotel operations.
