A recognized hospitality-technology leader, Mr. Munoz brings over a decade of in-depth hotel industry sales experience to the company and will prove to be an invaluable asset in supporting the Asia Pacific Region. Erik will be based out of Sydney and will be primarily responsible for working with domestic and regional hoteliers to increase awareness and accessibility for IDeaS' field leading revenue management tools and processes. His work will include securing new opportunities for the IDeaS revenue management suite of solutions as well as managing some of IDeaS' major accounts in the region.
