Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC, a hotel development and 3rd party management company, is proud to announce that they have hired Tasha Horton as director of sales for the Hampton Inn Portland/Downtown-Waterfront hotel, under development at 209 Fore Street in Portland’s Old Port area. The Portland, Maine hotel is owned Mark Woglom and Greg Kirsch, holding title through 209 Fore Street LLC, and is scheduled to open this summer. The hotel was designed, permitted and is being constructed by the Opechee Construction Corporation of Belmont, New Hampshire. Ms. Horton, a hospitality professional with 20 years of sales and marketing experience, joins the new Hampton Inn in Portland, Maine from the Residence Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront, where she served as director of sales for the past year. Prior to her time with Residence Inn, Tasha spent 4 years as the sales manager for three luxury hotels owned by Ocean Properties. She also has 14 years of sales and marketing experience for hotels in and around Seattle, Washington. Tasha resides in Westbrook, Maine and is a member of Meeting Professionals International.
