Waterman comes to Tucson most recently from Vail, Colorado, where he served as General Manager-Transition Team, assisting with the conversion of the Tivoli Lodge to a Gemstone Hotels & Resorts Managed property. He also spent three years as Managing Director for the new 184-room luxury Sè San Diego Hotel & Spa, following his successful stint as General Manager of the Four-Diamond WaterColor Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
While Waterman has worked with top-quality upscale hotels across the U.S., he is no stranger to Arizona. He spent a combined nine years working in three Arizona cities in the past, holding varying management positions with Wyndham Buttes Resort in Tempe, The Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa in Carefree, and The Phoenician in Scottsdale.
