John Santangelo has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Eaglewood Resort & Spa

John Santangelo comes to his new role at Eaglewood Resort & Spa with three decades of industry experience. He was most recently director of food and beverage for Pheasant Run Resort, located in St. Charles, Illinois. He has served in the same position for a leading casino brand. Mr. Santangelo previously held the positions of executive chef, director of restaurants, and chef for major brand and independent resorts. He has a degree in Culinary Arts and Business from the American Culinary Federation, and an Advanced Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Blue, located in France. He resides in Shorewood, Illinois, with his family.
