Fleming joins the Courtyard Cromwell with extensive hospitality experience. She began her career with Waterford Hotel Group in 2002 as Director of Sales for the Residence Inn by Marriott in Burlington, VT, and in 2007 served as General Manager for the Residence Inn by Marriott and Whitehall Mansion, both located in Mystic, CT. Most recently, Fleming served as General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott in Norwich, CT for Waterford Hotel Group. “Tina’s knowledge and experience combined to make her the ideal candidate for this position,” commented Rob Winchester, President and COO for Waterford Hotel Group. “We wish her great success in this new role at the Cromwell Courtyard.” In addition to her hospitality management experience, Fleming is a graduate of Waterford Hotel Group’s Penn State Leadership Series, a management certificate program. A native of Upstate New York, she currently resides in New London, CT.
