With over 23 years of operating leadership in the spa and hospitality industries, Jeff comes to Red Door with a global relationship network that will support Red Door Spas’ domestic and international expansion plans. Prior to joining Red Door Spas, Jeff was Director of Global Hospitality Sales for Precor Incorporated, where he served as the primary relationship manager for multiple hospitality companies and real estate developers worldwide. Throughout his career, Jeff has held senior-level positions in the luxury spa industry, including: Spa Director, The Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, in Sonoma, California; Spa Director, The PGA National Resort & Spa, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Director, Spa Operations for Princess Cruises, overseeing spa operations, leading a global staff of 1,200 associates, and developing marketing programs to increase revenue and profitability; and Manager, Spa and Fitness for The Disney Institute and Disney Cruise Lines where he successfully launched their spa business.
Jeff currently serves as a Director of the International Spa Association (ISPA) and President of the ISPA Foundation. For the past 15 years, Jeff has been actively involved with ISPA, holding various roles including Director, Chairman, and Treasurer. In addition, Jeff has led ISPA’s international restructuring and membership enrichment plans.
