With almost 30 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Regenhardt has spent the last 14 years working for Marriott International within hotels based in London, the Midlands and Bournemouth.
His most recent position was at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott, where he was general manager for four years and heavily involved in the completion of the hotel's significant £4.5 million renovation programme.
As part of his new role, Regenhardt will oversee the group's portfolio consisting of a collection of Dorset-based hotels – The Haven, The Sandbanks, The Harbour Heights, The Chine – the FJB Watersports Academy as well as the language school, the Chine Academy.
