Randall Obrecht has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at the Sorrento Hotel

Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has appointed Randall Obrecht director of food & beverage for Sorrento Hotel, a Personal Luxury Resorts & HotelsSM property located in Seattle, Washington. Sam Johnson, general manager, made the announcement. Randall Obrecht was most recently the highly successful general manager of Palisade, Seattle's iconic water-front restaurant. He previously served as director of food & beverage for Savor, the premier food services company which provided services at McCaw Hall, home to the Seattle Ballet and Opera. Mr. Obrecht has also held food & beverage leadership positions at a number of additional high-end restaurants within the Seattle market. He resides in the Seattle area with his family.
