Buffalo Lodging Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Steffi Snelling to the general manager position for the Homewood Suites UCF Area – Orlando hotel, located at 3028 N. Alafaya Trail in Orlando, Florida. Before being promoted, Snelling had been the front office manager for Homewood Suites UCF Area-Orlando for the past 18 months. In this role, she oversaw the guest services staff as well as food and beverage operations for the hotel. Steffi also assisted the general manager with supervisory duties such as hiring, training, and performance appraisals. Prior to joining Buffalo Lodging Associates, Snelling worked as the front desk manager for the Sonesta Orlando Downtown hotel. Steffi is a graduate of the Susanna Eger School of Hotel and Catering Management in Leipzig, Germany. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
