Swiss-Belhotel International has appointed Mr. Raymond Marcel Zuest as Regional Director? Operations & Projects. Mr. Zuest is based in the Indonesia Regional Operations and Development Office in Jakarta, Prior to taking up his new position with Swiss-Belhotel International, Mr. Zuest was the General Manager of a leading international property in Jakarta, Indonesia. Hailing from Switzerland, Mr. Zuest has a wealth of experience gained from over 22 years in senior hotel management positions in Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Fluent in German, French and English, he started his career with an apprenticeship in Commercial & Hotel Management in Switzerland and holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Restoration from the Swiss Hotel Management School, Lucerne, Switzerland. Highly motivated and with an outstanding track record, Mr. Zuest notes that, besides his well honed administrative and organisational skills, his major strengths are? strategic investment planning and implementation, front & back-of-the-house management, operational management, sales and marketing, and guest service quality control.
