With a career spanning 17 years in hotel and business management in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore, Ilkin is keen to bring his well versed experience in luxury hotel operations across the globe to add value to the Resort and flourish its services, facilities, operations and guest experiences. A Canadian/Azerbaijani national, Ilkin has held positions as revenue manager, front office manager, director of rooms, hotel manager and several senior corporate roles such as group human resources and operations projects, which led him to his most recent role as the assistant vice president and corporate director of a luxury hotel chain in Asia.
