Rotana, the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, has announced the appointment of Hala Massaad as General Manager of 'Raouché Arjaan by Rotana' hotel in the capital city of Lebanon, Beirut. For the past three years, Massaad has also worked in Rotana, with the most recent title as General Manager of 'Hazmieh Rotana', making her the first lady to take on such a leading role in the hotel group. She previously spent 12 years with the Intercontinental Hotels Group serving in a number of key management roles. Massaad now holds 17 years of experience with over 16 trainings and has steadily climbed up the hospitality ladder which has shaped her into a strong, successful General Manager with eager plans on leading a successful role at 'Raouché Arjaan by Rotana'.
