Rachel KleinChef Klein arrives at the hotel with 18 years of culinary experience, most recently as Executive Chef of Aura and Tamo Bar at the Seaport Hotel. After garnering much praise in her previous positions in New York at Savoy, The Screening Room and Anissa, Chef Klein received critical acclaim for the opening of X.O. Café and Lot 401 in Providence, Rhode Island. Locally, Chef Klein’s accomplishments include opening Om Restaurant and Lounge in Harvard Square. In her past endeavors, Chef Klein has been recognized with a number of esteemed awards including Boston Magazine’s Best New Chef, Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurant twice, CondeNast Traveler Magazine’s Hot List, Wine Spectator Magazine’s Award for Excellence in addition to participating in The Food Network’s Season 9 of Chopped.
