Don Li
Don Li holds the position of Chief Executive of Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (China) and is based at the Corporate Headquarter in Shanghai. Prior to joining Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (China), Don was Regional Vice President of Development for the Wyndham Hotel Group International. During these eight years, he directly contributed to the rapid expansion of the five Wyndham brands in China and Japan. With over two decades of hospitality experiences in China and the United States, Don has served with the Marriot, Shangri-La and Wyndham hotel groups in various capacities, including operations, sales & marketing, yield management and organizational learning & development. A graduate of Columbia University in New York City, Don holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) with the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Don has received the “Golden Vessel” Award from the China Hotel Association in 2008 and the Asia Hotel Forum “Outstanding President of China Hotel Industry” Award in 2011.
