Sunaina Jagtiani who has been with RateTiger for over four years has been promoted from Senior Sales Manager (UK) to VP Customer Support overseeing all global front line support teams. RateTiger’s new support structure incorporates Service Managers and Market Managers who will attend to the service needs of chain and independent hotels respectively. “Sunaina’s strong commercial focus and understanding of customer needs will provide invaluable experience as we strive towards the highest levels of customer support.” said Keith Watson, Head of Commercial Operations, RateTiger. “With over 5000 customers we need to ensure centralised Group and Chain operations receive tailored support in accordance with their needs, whilst maintaining close contact with the revenue managers and distribution staff in individual hotels.”
