Previous roles include Executive Chef at the Grand Rotana Resort and Spa in Egypt, Movenpick Hotel and Residence in Dubai, and Accor Hotels World Trade Centre also in Dubai. Marcus has a wealth of Hilton brand experience from previous positions with Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Sydney, Australia, Amsterdam Airport and London Gatwick Airport. Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 opened in 2011 and has already become synonymous with understanding the needs of business and leisure visitors. A global hub, it offers 350 guest bedrooms, a restaurant by renowned chef Cyrus Todiwala, spa, business centre, and a separate conference and banqueting wing for up to 1,170 delegates.
