Ian Brewis has been appointed as General Manager at Lanson Place Hotel

Mr. Brewis replaces Mr. Anson Chan, the Regional General Manager of Lanson Place Hotel, Hong Kong. Prior to joining Lanson Place, Mr. Brewis has over 25 years hospitality experience with luxury International Hotel groups, Hyatt, Renaissance New World and Shangri-La in operational and General Manager roles in Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand and USA. His most recent role was based in Hong Kong with corporate responsibilities for Shangri-La Hotels developing operational concepts and co-ordinating new hotel projects during construction and pre-opening. Ian was also instrumental in establishing the CHI Spa brand, as well as a fitness concept for the group. Mr. Brewis, a UK national and Hotel Management graduate of Oxford-Brooks University, UK and Florida International University, USA. Ian has lived, worked and traveled throughout Asia, is an active sportsman and enjoys the outdoor recreational opportunities that Hong Kong offers.

Ian Brewis is an alumnus of The Oxford School of Hospitality Management (OSHM) .
