Trudy Rautio has been appointed as Chairman of the Board at Rezidor Hotel Group

Following the resignation of Hubert Joly on 13 September 2012, the Rezidor Hotel Group today announced that its Board has appointed Trudy Rautio as Chairman of the Board for the period until the end of the 2013 Annual General Meeting. Trudy Rautio is President and CEO of Carlson, Rezidor's majority shareholder, and has been a member of Rezidor's Board of Directors since 2005. Trudy Rautio has been a senior executive with Carlson for 15 years and, for the past eight years, has served as Executive Vice President and CFO. She is Chairman of the Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Board and also a member of the Board of Securian (a Minnesota Life Insurance Company). Staffan Bohman remains Vice Chairman of Rezidor’s Board.
