Dominique is a Belgian national who can speak Dutch, English, French and Italian. He has 15 years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant and luxury cruise sectors. He started his career at the Waldorf Astoria in Rome, and then moved to Jean-Pierre Bruneau's three-star Michelin Guide-rated restaurant before joining Crystal Cruises in 2004 as Chief Concierge and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In 2007 Dominique transferred to the Chedi Hotel Phuket as Executive Assistant Manager for Food & Beverage, then was appointed General Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Phi Phi Island. Prior to joining Centara Grand Resorts & Spa Pattaya, he was Resort Manager at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort.
