Park Hyatt Saigon has announced Federica Brugnara as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. An Italian national, Federica completed her studies at the University of Trieste, Italy, with a Master in Tourism Management. She brings over 8 years of experience in 5-star hotels, focusing on the MICE and Corporate market. Prior to joining Park Hyatt Saigon, Federica gained her experience in Park Hyatt Beijing and Park Hyatt Dubai. In her new role, Federica will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Sales and Marketing department. With a wealth of experience and knowledge in the luxury hospitality market, Federica will formulate effective planning to achieve successful business development and enhance relationships, which makes her a valuable asset to the hotel.
