Hotel valuation and management consultancy HVS London has announced that associate director Arlett Oehmichen is to be appointed directors of the company. Arlett Oehmichen joined HVS in 2006 from Westmont Hospitality. She is a graduate of Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and Universidad de Cordoba, Spain, and recently completed an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance at the Henley Business School, Reading University. Oehmichen has conducted numerous hotel feasibility studies and valuations throughout Europe, including several mixed-use resort properties. She divides her working time between the company’s London and Bahamas offices, given her extensive resort experience.
