The Hotel Group has named Lloyd Huskey, CHA, general manager of its Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Fairbanks, Alaska. In this role, Huskey is responsible for hotel operations, human resources, budgeting and supervision of department managers. A hospitality industry veteran since 1989, Huskey brings 24 years of experience to The Hotel Group and Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Prior to this role, Huskey served as general manager at the Super 8, Westmark Hotel and Pike’s Waterfront Lodge in Fairbanks, Alaska and the Days Inn in Portland, Ore. His leadership experience includes general manager at the Tanana Valley State Fair in Alaska and director of operations at Creekside Management Co. in Seattle.
