Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi has appointed Christina Bowen as the new director of F&B in the midst of a multi-million dollar overhaul of its restaurants.
In her new role, Bowen will oversee the current food and beverage operations as well as the re-opening of the hotel’s all-day-dining restaurant, the opening of a new culinary concept, the revamping of the hotel’s revolving restaurant, a new club lounge and lobby outlet, in addition to conference and banqueting operations and the revamp and expansion of the hotel Irish pub later this year.
