With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Tolani has been with Marriott International; prior to which he worked with the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. His most recent role was at the JW Marriott Pune as the Director of Operations. This IIHM- Aurangabad graduate comes from an operations background in food and beverage. Mr. Tolani joined the JW Marriott Mumbai as the assistant Sales Manager in 2003 after which he was appointed the Cluster Sales Manager of JW Mumbai in 2005. He played a crucial role on his task force responsibility to Courtyard Marriott Chennai in December 2006. He then went on to become the Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott Mumbai followed by Market Director of Sales and Marketing for the Pune Marriott hotels in 2010. Mr. Tolani has been a part of three successful hotel launches: Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, Pune Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Pune City Centre. He is recognized for his exemplary achievements, leadership qualities and unrelenting commitment to his role. His appointment continues to support the new strategic direction of the group's growth and future plans. The Courtyard Pune Hinjewadi is happy to have him on the team.
