Young joins Turnberry Isle Miami with an extensive career in managing and executing upscale meetings and events, along with strong food and beverage operations experience. He has held leadership positions at distinguished four and five star resorts across the country and the Caribbean including most recently serving as Director of Catering and Conference Services for Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. Young held similar positions during his tenures at Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Hawaii, The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Peter Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands and The Breakers in Palm Beach. As a result of his participation in various professional development programs at Cornell University, Young is well versed in hotel sales, group and convention sales and services, strategic and marketing management. Young received his bachelors degree from the University of Florida.
