Mark holds a BSc Honours Degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Surrey in England, and had started his career with the front office department at Ritz Hotel. His career flourished in various domains of the hotel industry before his first opportunity to work in the UAE came in 2004, when Mark took on the position of General Manager at the Hilton Dubai Creek. Mark eventually headed the team in Hilton Hanoi Opera before welcoming another opportunity to return to the UAE, this time joining Rotana Hotels as General Manager of Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai.

Mark Deere is an alumnus of University of Surrey | School of Hospitality and Tourism Management .
