With 15 plus years experience in the hospitality industry and a strong focus on reservations, communications and sales, Melissa is a dedicated hotel professional. Her analytical ability and project management skills have achieved fantastic results in her previous roles. Melissa will work closely with our General Manager and Sales team to increase revenue and build on existing yield management strategies. Melissa commenced her new role on 01st July 2013.
