Excitement continues to build around the opening of Hokulani Waikiki by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, an upscale timeshare resort in the heart of Waikiki and the final phase of the Outrigger-led redevelopment project of Waikiki Beach Walk®. Outrigger Enterprises Group, which has been contracted by Hilton Grand Vacations to provide comprehensive onsite property management services for the new resort, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pam Yagi as general manager. Yagi will oversee all pre-opening activities as well as ongoing operations of the outstanding 14-story resort, which is scheduled to open its doors in late 2013. “Through her extensive experience and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, Pam has proven herself to be a leader in the hospitality industry,” said Barry Wallace, executive vice president-hospitality services for Outrigger Enterprises Group. “Pam’s management expertise with Outrigger and other national franchise brands within the Outrigger portfolio will ensure that Hokulani Waikiki becomes one of the leading resorts in Hawaii.”
