As Human Resources Manager, Carty is responsible for the human resources functions at the Sheraton Bradley, including associate training and development, sourcing and recruiting candidates, associate relations and maintaining policies and procedures. She joins the Sheraton from her role as Employee Services Representative at Big Y Foods in East Windsor, CT, a position she had held for more than three years. Carty is a graduate of Bay Path College in Longmeadow, MA, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Communications and Information Management. She also earned her PHR certificate from the Human Resource Certification Institute in January of this year.
