Donovan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry recently serving as the vice president and general manager of the The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua where he led the 463-room hotel’s $167 million renovation. Prior to The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, he served as general manager for The Ritz-Carlton Resort, Bachelor Gulch in Edwards, CO, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. Donovan is an active member of the local community serving in several boards within Hawaii. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
