Amanda Hyndman, general manager of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, has appointed Karn (Gail) Puntuhong as the hotel’s public relations manager, international. Karn or Gail joined Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in 2007 as an officer in the business centre prior to transferring to the public relations department in 2008. She holds a Masters degree in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey, UK; and a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from Mahidol University International College.

Karn (Gail) Puntuhong is an alumnus of University of Surrey | School of Hospitality and Tourism Management – Class of 2006.
